We have eight different breeds of hens to make certain that we have a constant supply of organic eggs daily throughout the year.

Our Breeds include:

Above: Two of our Black Star Hens will often come into the barn during feeding time. Black Stars have black feathers that have a turquoise sheen on their backs and mottled red feathers on their chest.  They are very docile and give us large dark brown eggs.

Above: Center, one of our Light Brahmas.  This is a feather footed breed preferred by Chicken Fanciers for showing.

Remember, we have eggs available daily for sale throughout the year. Why purchase eggs in a grocery store when you don't know how long they have been sitting? The flavor and color of our eggs far surpass what you will find in the grocery store.  Thank you for supporting your local farmers!

We also have a duck!  His name is HARVEY.  He is a Mallard Drake. 

Shhhhhh! Harvey thinks he's a chicken!

Meet Cocoa!

Cocoa is our Bunny who lives under the Hen House. The Hens can't quite figure out what she is and will chase her, squawking at her, when she peeks out from under the Hen House. Cocoa comes into the barn in the morning when the goats and horses are being fed and patiently waits for her pellets!
