We are located in Walton, Delaware County, NY approximately 3 1/2 hours northwest of New York City and one hour east of Binghamton, NY. We are located 4 miles outside the Village of Walton on East Brook Road, at the intersection of MacGibbon Hollow Road.
Spruce Hollow Farm is nestled in the East Brook Valley of Walton. Landscape has made it the
perfect retreat, rehabilitation and retirement home for your horse. Our healthy, rich soil has provided us with optimum growing conditions for our organic vegetables and herbs. Our very own apiary, located on the farm, enhances the natural pollination of our gardens while providing us with natural, extracted, organic honey. The landscape and the growing conditions have also provided our pasture raised, free-range laying hens with an environment that allows for nutrient rich, organic eggs. We have eliminated the middle-man and offer our healthy vegetables, herbs, soaps and teas directly to you through our Farm Stand which operates daily June through September. What We Do
SPRUCE HOLLOW FARM specializes in organic vegetables, herbs, eggs and honey.
We are proud of our free-range, pasture raised poultry consisting of Barred Rock, Rhode Island Reds, Light Brahmas, Red Star and Black Star laying hens. We have the freshest, tastiest and richest medium to large brown eggs available daily.
- Our organic vegetable gardens produce the best quality and freshest heirloom tomatoes, eggplants, rainbow bell peppers, cucumbers, red and blue new potatoes, tomatillos, okra, musclun, edible flowers, baby spinach, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas, alfalfa, broccoli and mung bean sprouts, cucumbers and more!
- Our organic herb gardens produce top quality, dill, spearmint, chamomile, rosemary, lavender, sage, thyme, lemonbalm, oregano, chives, basil, cilantro, calendula, parsley, catnip, and much, much more!
- Choose from a wide-array of specially blended organic herbal teas for: Congestion, Relaxation, Detox, Skin Conditions, and more !! If we don't have what you need on our shelf, we will prepare it for you while you wait.
- Also choose from handmade goat milk soaps made by Willindy Willow Soap Works.

We offer whole live animal sales - Heritage Berkshire Pigs, Heritage Black Corriedale and Tunis Lambs and Boer Goats. We have whole processed free range chicken at select times of tthe year. We also offer USDA cuts directs from our farm.
BOER GOATS make for an all-around excellent 4H Show animal. Boer Goats also make EXCELLENT companion animals for your horses. We have 100% Boers and Boer-Nubian Crosses for sale. These goats are unsurpassed in temperment as a pet, for show or for meat.
